RETURNS
To return, log into the Returns Portal using your original order number and email address. Ensure you select the '14-Day Sweat Test' reason code in the portal, tell us what's not quite right and we will take care of the rest. 
(If the reason code '14-Day Sweat Test' is not selected and costs are incurred for returning the item to our warehouse, we are unable to refund this return cost.)
Only one product per customer can be returned using the 14-Day Sweat Test and acceptance of your request is at the sole discretion of our team. If accepted, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
