Shipping To International Destinations

Rockwear charges a standard delivery flat rate of $20.00 for New Zealand and $30.00 to all other international destinations.

Please note that, in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Please check your local Duties (or Customs tariffs) as they will vary country to country. The Customer is liable for any costs incurred by the destination country Customs authorities.

Contactless Delivery Information

All parcels - be they at a Post Office or at a residence, will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Someone will need to be present at the residence for this to occur, otherwise standard delivery procedures apply.

Shipping Update

All orders are shipped using either Australia Post or Star Track. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. During sale periods, please allow 1-4 business days. This includes Afterpay Day, Click Frenzy, & Black Friday. Orders will be taken to your local post office if there is no safe place to leave your parcel. To guarantee delivery, please send it to a work address or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it.
