Delivery Update

19th May 2020: Please allow 2-4 days for dispatch of your order from our warehosue. We are currently experiencing an increased number of orders due to our Click Frenzy Sale. Once dispatched please allow extra time for your parcel to be delivered.

Australia post is currently experiencing delivery delays across the whole network. Please allow up to an extra 5 days on delivery time and tracking notifications. Keep up to date with the impact and other Frequently Asked Questions HERE.

Delivery During Sale Period

Please be advised dispatch and delivery times may vary due to high order volumes during major events (e.g. Christmas, Click Frenzy & Black Friday). Delays in dispatch could be up to 2 days.

Delivery Within Australia

Regular Shipping - $10 shipping when spending under $60 and FREE when spending over $60.

StarTrack Express Shipping: $10 shipping when spending under $60 or $5 shipping when spending over $60. This a 2 day delivery service to the following major cities: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth & Adelaide.

Orders can take up to 4 days to be dispatched. Once dispatched regular shipping can take 3-5 business days depending on your location. To check delivery times for your area take a look at the Australia Post Network.

Deliveries to the Cocos (Keeling) Islands - postcode 6799, may take up to 2 months to deliver via Australia Post.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up. All orders require a signature upon delivery for your own security and to ensure that your order is not stolen or lost. Please take this into consideration should you choose to waive our request for a signature or request 'safe drop' as we are very limtied in what we are able to do to assist should you have not received your order and selected this option.

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time or if there is a problem with your order, please email us at rwonline@rockwear.com.au along with your order number so that we are able to begin an investigation with the courier company on your behalf. 

To New Zealand

Rockwear offers free standard shipping on orders over $150 to New Zealand, for all other orders, a flat rate of $20.00 applies for standard delivery

Orders can take up to 4 days to be dispatched. Once dispatched, orders can take 4-7 business days depending on your location. We use Australia Post for all our New Zealand deliveries.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up.

Currently Rockwear will cover all taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in New Zealand, but has the right to change this policy at any time without notice.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time or if there is a problem with your order, please email us at rwonline@rockwear.com.au along with your order number so that we are able to begin an investigation with the courier company on your behalf. 

To Other International Destinations.

Rockwear charges a flat rate of $30.00 for standard delivery to all other international destinations (except south Korea).

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Please check your local Duties (or Customs tariffs) as they will vary country to country. The Customer is liable for any costs incurred by the destination country Customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please go to http://auspost.com.au/track/ to follow the journey of your parcel. You will also be able to see the status of your order if you Login to the Rockwear website.
