Please note: We will only accept swimwear & bodysuit returns if the hygiene sticker and swing tags are attached to the product. We do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or products marked ‘Final Sale’.

365 DAY RETURNS PERIOD
Rockwear offer a 365 day return period. We love our product and hope you love them just as much. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be a bit tricky and that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product once you have your purchase.
If your purchase exceeds our 365 day return period, we are unable to assist you with an exchange or return of your garment.
AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC RETURNS
FREE RETURNS IN-STORE
You can refund or exchange your purchase to any Rockwear store provided the product is in its original condition, swing tags are attached and you have a copy of the receipt or invoice.
Please note: You can refund or exchange your purchase to any Rockwear store. In store purchases can be returned in store only. They cannot be posted back for a refund. Online purchases can be returned via post or returned/exchanged in-store.
ONLINE RETURNS BY POST (Australia only) - REFUND ONLY
You can return your online order to your nearest Rockwear store for free, or you can lodge an online return* for a flat rate fee of $9.60.
*Please note, instore purchases cannot be returned online and must be returned in store.

To be eligible for a refund, you will need to ensure:
- It is within 365 days from the date of delivery.
- You have proof of purchase.
- The item has not been worn or washed and is in original condition with the swing ticket still attached.
If you meet the above requirements, please follow the below 3 steps:
- Click the Return’s Portal link here – You will need your order number (beginning with RW) and email address.
- Select the items you are returning, once completed you will receive a return label.
- Repack your items, place the return label on your parcel and drop it off at any Australia Red Posting box or Post Office.
We cannot facilitate exchanges online, however, you're more than welcome to return the items here that you no longer wish to keep and purchase the new size/item desired through our website.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
RETURNS BY POST – REFUND ONLY
Post Office – take your parcel to any post office and return it using a traceable service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel.

RETURN POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE DURING SPECIAL OFFERS/PROMOTIONS
The below is applicable to online and instore purchases.
Please Note: Refund and Exchange values are subject to re-calculation if you purchased multiple items within a special promotion, and later return one of them. This voids the promotion as the T&Cs are no longer met.
If you would like a refund on a style purchased as part of one of our promotions, we consider the item you choose to keep as being the full price item, and the one you are returning as being the discounted item. We will refund you the difference.
All refunds/exchanges are based on the item being returned in original condition with packaging and receipt. We are unable to offer any of the above without a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: items that have been purchased as a bundle deal or promotion (ie. Christmas gift bundle) cannot be split and can only refunded when all items are returned together. Individual items from within the bundle may only be exchanged for alternative sizes or colours within the same style group.
GIFT CARD/VOUCHER PURCHASES
Online or in store purchases made using a Gift Card can only be returned for an exchange, or Gift Card.

Please note: Gift cards or vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be remotely cancelled or replaced and are to be treated like cash.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund.
A Rockwear product is considered faulty or not of acceptable quality if it:
- Is not safe, lasting or without faults (taking into account what would reasonably be expected for the type of product and its cost);
- Does not do all the things you would reasonably expect it to or is not fit for purpose; or
- Does not match the description made by us, on packaging and labels, or via promotions or advertising.
Faulty returns within Australia: If you have purchased online and believe there is a fault with an item you have received, you may lodge your faulty return through our Return’s Portal link here. Alternatively, you may return your faulty item to any Rockwear store for a refund, should we have the same item available you may choose to exchange.
Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
Please note that the online store is unable to accept any returned faulty items that were purchased in store as we do not have the facilities to exchange or refund in store purchases via the online store.
International Faulty Returns: Please contact us here with a description of the fault and attach any relevant photos for our team to review.

We aim to process returns within 24-48hrs of receiving them in our warehouse, noting high-volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays.
