Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter the Rockwear gift with purchase promotion are part of these terms and conditions. By participating in the Promotion you accept these Terms & Conditions. Purchases not made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will not be eligible for the promotion.
2. The promoter is Rockwear International Pty Ltd. 55 Mentmore Avenue, Rosebery, NSW, 2018. ABN 70 005 612 537. (The Promoter)
3. The promotion period commences at 08:00AM October 1st 2025 and ends at 6PM on December 31st 2025. (The Promotion Period) The Promoter may terminate or alter the promotion at any time prior to the commencement of the promotion period.
4. The gift is The Embossed Boyfriend Tee in Black SKU: R231TTS019.BLK valued at $49.99 (The Gift). Offer available only while stocks last.
5. The Promotion is available to all shoppers at Rockwear Noosa; Store address: Noosa Civic Centre Shop T1043X, 28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville, 4566, who satisfy the eligibility requirements while stocks of the gift last. Employees of the promoter are ineligible where an employee discount is applied to the purchase.
6. A customer must make an eligible purchase within the Promotion Period to receive the Gift. An eligible purchase is one single transaction of at least $80 or greater at Rockwear Noosa store. Each eligible purchase will be calculated based on the gross amount spent in a single order, after all discounts and promotions are applied.
7. Delivery of the gift will be supplied in the Rockwear Noosa store at the time of transaction. The gift will only be delivered to a customer with an eligible purchase while there is stock available of the gift.
8. The gift is not transferrable, exchangeable, or refundable and cannot be taken as cash. If any item(s) of the Eligible Purchase are returned the customer may be liable to return the Gift to the promoter.
9. A customer is only eligible to receive one Gift for an eligible purchase for the duration of the Promotion. If multiple eligible purchases are made during the promotion period only one gift will be received.
10. Purchases not made in accordance with these terms and conditions or received after the Promotion ends will not be eligible. The promoter has discretion to declare a purchase to be ineligible if the customer makes a purchase that is not inline with these terms and conditions.
11. The Laws of New South Wales (including all relevant Federal laws) apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.

The promotional code must be entered at the cart into the PROMO CODE box to receive discount. It cannot be added after the order has been placed and the confirmation email has been sent. 1. The promoter is: ROCKWEAR International Pty Ltd (ABN 70 005 612 537) of 55 Mentmore Ave ROSEBERY NSW, 2018.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 years. To enter, use this link: https://give.nbcf.org.au/careforyourpair/. Employees and their immediate families of Rockwear International Pty Ltd are not eligible to receive the prize but are welcome to make donations.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. Multiple entries per person will be accepted and identified by a unique receipt number. In the event of multiple entries from the same individual, all entry and receipt numbers will be valid.
6. Opening date for entry will be Thursday 15th May 2025. Closing date for entry will be 11:59 PM AEDT on Wednesday 21st May 2025. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. The prize is as follows:
- 1 of 5 Rockwear Pink Collection prize pack valued at $419.94.
9. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The National Breast Cancer Foundation will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited) to direct, indirect and consequential loss suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize.
How will the winners be drawn?
10. The winning entry will be drawn randomly on Thursday 29th May 2025. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize listed above. The location of the draw will be Rockwear, 55 Mentmore St, Roseberry, NSW, 2018
How will the winner be notified?
11. A Rockwear representative will notify the winner within two working days of the draw. Three call attempts will be made in total, and an email will follow. The winner’s address must be confirmed before the prizes can be sent by courier. The prize will be sent from Rockwear International Pty Ltd. If the prize is not accepted or claimed by Thursday 5th June, the prize will be forfeited by the winner. A redraw will be conducted on Friday 6th June at the same location as the original draw.
12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be https://nbcf.org.au/ final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

Pricing
The prices listed on the Website, which are inclusive of GST, are the prices you will pay at checkout. Rockwear Australia is not responsible for incorrect pricing on third party websites.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Card are valid for 36 months from the date purchased and cannot be redeemed for cash. We also cannot exchange, refund or replace lost or stolen cards.
Gift Cards are excluded from all promotions unless stated otherwise.
Any Gift Cards purchased from the 22nd of March 2016 on wards can now be used both In-store & Online. Gift Cards purchased before this date will only be available for in-store use at any Rockwear Australia destination.
Note: Individual Gift Cards can only be purchased using Credit Card & Paypal.
Discount Codes
Discount codes received as part of Rockwear's promotional emails are valid exclusively on full-price items; sale items are not eligible. Sale not included. Not valid when purchasing gift cards. All Rockwear discount codes must be used at checkout and cannot be reimbursed post purchase. Discount amount cannot be refunded once order has been placed but can be used for future orders.
