Since you need to wash active wear often (every time you wear it) it’s important to use a mild detergent as this will help your activewear last longer.

All our Rockwear garments are made using fabrics that wicks moisture to help keep you dry while you are working out. Fabric softener can block your fabrics ability to wick.

The gentle cycle ensures the fabric doesn’t get too roughed up, which will make it look newer for longer.

The heat of the dryer can melt the fibers making them scratchy and attach lint

Keep them in the shade - the sun will fade colour

This ensures that the sharp teeth don’t snag or damage the garments.

This will keep your whites whiter for longer. All coloured fabrics lose some colour in the wash, it’s better to wash them together so they don’t pick up any unwanted colors.

Keep those fluffy towels away from your active wear especially in the wash – lint and cotton love to cling to activewear so, keep them separate.
