Back in 1991 our founders Steph and Adam were enjoying life on the sunny Gold Coast. Adam as a leading aerobics instructor and Steph, a talented seamstress, hatched a plan; experiment with Lycra and colourful fabrics to kit out the Australian aerobics community.

Inspired by leggings & unitards of the 90’s and backed by an awesome aerobics community, Rockwear was born.

For over 30 years, we have empowered women to move. We have sweated, we have laughed, we have grown. We are building a community that believes exercise shouldn't feel like hard work; but like play. 

What we wear for exercise is part of our fitness journey. Rockwear activewear is carefully designed to make you move, however you choose to move. Using premium fabrics, our affordable range of fits designed to make you feel strong inside and out. We're constantly working on making the most responsible choices for our product, our planet and our community. Although it's an ongoing journey, we are committed to making positive changes toward a more ethical and sustainable future.
