Rockwear Macarthur – Free Bike Short Giveaway

1. General
Information on how to participate in the Rockwear Free Bike Short Giveaway (“Promotion”) forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promoter
Rockwear International Pty Ltd, 55 Mentmore Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018, ABN 70 005 612 537 (“Promoter”).

3. Promotion Period

• The Promotion commences at 9:00am on Saturday, 22 August 2026 and ends when promotional stock is exhausted (“Promotion Period”).
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the Promotion at any time.

4. Eligibility

• Entry is open to customers who attend the Rockwear store at Macarthus Square, L03 UO81 Macarthur Square, 200 Gilchrist Dr, Campbelltown NSW 2560 during the Promotion Period.
• Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to participate.

5. How to Participate

• To receive a free promotional item, customers must scan the designated QR code and successfully sign up to the Rockwear database during the Promotion Period.
• Limit of one (1) free item per person.
• A total of 300 bike shorts are available, while stocks last.

6. Promotional Item Conditions

• The free promotional item is the Base One Mid-Thigh Bike Short
• Entrants are not permitted to select alternative colours or styles.
• Sizes are subject to availability at the time of participation.
• The promotional item will be allocated by Rockwear at its sole discretion.
• The free bike shorts are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, store credit, or any other form of compensation.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted, except where required by law.

7. General Conditions

• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including QR code scanning or database sign-up failures.
• Any attempt to participate multiple times or provide false information may result in disqualification.

8. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.

a. an employee of the Promoter; or
b. domiciled with an employee of the Promoter; or
c. an immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter.

Item 4: Promotion Period
From Thursday 30 July 2026 at 9:00am AEST to Sunday 4 October 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT ("Promotion Period").

Item 5: Entrant Restrictions
In order to be able to enter the promotion, entrants must be resident in Australia and be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its related body corporates, suppliers, distributors and advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter. Entrants are required to provide their first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number, and to opt in to receive Rockwear marketing communications via email and SMS. The email address provided will be used to notify the winner.

Item 6: Method of Entry
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Submission of an entry is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter, during the Promotion Period entrants need to do one of the following:

1. Online: Visit https://www.rockwear.com.au/ and complete the online entry form, providing first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number and birthday, and agree to receive Rockwear marketing communications via email and SMS.

2. In selected competition stores: Scan the QR code available in‑store at Rockwear Greenhills, Kotara, Charlestown and Miranda, and complete the entry form, providing preferred store location, first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number and birthday, and agree to receive Rockwear marketing communications via email and SMS.

3. In-store with a Rockwear team member: Provide first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number and birthday to a Rockwear retail team member at the counter, and agree to receive Rockwear marketing communications via email and SMS. The Rockwear team member will enter these details into the entry form on the entrant's behalf. 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

Only one entry per person is valid during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

Item 7: Winner Selection
One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place at the Promoter's office, 55 Mentmore Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018, on Wednesday 7 October 2026 at 10:00am AEDT.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Item 8: Prize
The Prize is a year's supply of Rockwear tights, equating to 12 (twelve) pairs of Rockwear tights (including full length tights, flares and bike shorts), with a maximum total prize pool value of AUD $1,079.88.

Item 9: Prize Winner Publication, Notification and Delivery
The winner will be notified by email on Wednesday 7 October 2026 at 10:00am, the same day as the draw. Notification will be provided using the email address supplied to the Promoter during the entry process. The notification email will request that the winner provide the Promoter with their nominated mailing address within 14 days, to which the Promoter will arrange for the Prize to be shipped directly from its warehouse. The Promoter will cover shipping costs to addresses within Australia only; the Promoter is not responsible for delivery to addresses outside Australia.

Unless the winner requests that their details not be published, the first initial, surname and state of residence of the winner will be published on the Website within 14 days of winning.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw, if for any reason whatsoever the winner does not claim the Prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter (14 days after initial notification), the Prize will be forfeited by the winner.

Item 10: Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the winner does not respond to the Promoter's email within 14 days and provide their mailing address, the Prize will be deemed unclaimed and, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter will conduct a further random draw from all remaining valid entries to determine the unclaimed prize winner.

The redraw will take place at the Promoter's office, 55 Mentmore Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018, within 14 days of the original draw date. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified by email on the same day as the redraw, and asked to provide their mailing address within 14 days.

Unless the unclaimed prize winner requests that their details not be published, the first initial, surname and suburb of the unclaimed prize winner will be published on the Website within 14 days of winning.

Item 11: Use of Personal Information
To conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may disclose it to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers and regulatory authorities. Participation is conditional on providing: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, day of birthday, preferred store location (for in‑store entries), and consent to receive marketing communications via email and SMS. This information will be used to conduct the Promotion and deliver the Prize to the winner (or unclaimed prize winner). Entrants consent to their personal information being added to the Promoter's marketing database and, until an entrant requests removal, the Promoter may use it for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages (email and SMS) or telephoning the entrant, as further described in the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://www.rockwear.com.au/privacy-policy.

Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct their personal information to the Promoter via customer service, in‑store staff, or their Rockwear account. All personal information is stored at the Promoter's offices and will be removed from the active database upon request, as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Item 12: Other Conditions
If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter the Promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and unless prohibited by law, to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any regulatory directions, cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion.
