We kicked off the event at sunrise, setting the tone for a day filled with positivity and strength. Maja led an invigorating Pilates workout specifically designed for the ‘Luteal phase,’ guiding an incredible group of women through exercises tailored to this crucial stage of the menstrual cycle.
