Rockwear Miranda Opening Weekend – Free Bike Short Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. General Information on how to participate in the Rockwear Free Bike Short Giveaway (“Promotion”) forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promoter Rockwear International Pty Ltd, 55 Mentmore Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018, ABN 70 005 612 537 (“Promoter”).

3. Promotion Period

· The Promotion commences at 9:00am on Saturday, 2 May 2026 and ends when promotional stock is exhausted (“Promotion Period”).

· The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the Promotion at any time.

4. Eligibility

· Entry is open to customers who attend the Rockwear store at Westfield Miranda, Level 3, 600 Kingsway, Miranda NSW 2228 during the Promotion Period.

· Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to participate.

5. How to Participate

· To receive a free promotional item, customers must scan the designated QR code and successfully sign up to the Rockwear database during the Promotion Period.

· Limit of one (1) free item per person.

· A total of 500 bike shorts are available, while stocks last.

6. Promotional Item Conditions

· The free promotional item is the Gathered Booty Mid Thigh Bike Short in black only.

· Entrants are not permitted to select alternative colours or styles.

· Sizes are subject to availability at the time of participation.

· The promotional item will be allocated by Rockwear at its sole discretion.

· The free bike shorts are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, store credit, or any other form of compensation.

· No returns or exchanges will be accepted, except where required by law.

7. General Conditions

· The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including QR code scanning or database sign-up failures.

· Any attempt to participate multiple times or provide false information may result in disqualification.

8. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.

 

Rockwear Game Day Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. General Information on how to participate in the Rockwear Game Day Giveaway (“Promotion”) forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promoter The promoter is Rockwear International Pty Ltd, 55 Mentmore Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018, ABN 70 005 612 537 (“Promoter”).

3. Promotion Period The Promotion will take place on Sunday, 3 May 2026, during event hours or while promotional stock lasts (“Promotion Period”). The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

4. Eligibility

· Entry is open to individuals attending the event on the Promotion date.

· Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

5. How to Participate

· Attendees may receive one (1) complimentary juice (while stocks last).

· To enter the competition, participants must scan the designated QR code and successfully sign up to the Rockwear mailing list during the Promotion Period.

· Limit of one (1) entry per person.

6. Prize

· One (1) winner will receive a $250 Rockwear voucher (“Prize”).

· The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Prize Redemption

· The Prize will be issued by Rockwear and can be redeemed online or in-store (subject to standard Rockwear terms).

· Any unused balance will not be refunded or exchanged for cash.

8. Draw Details

· The winner will be selected at random on Monday, 4 May 2026.

· To be eligible, entrants must have successfully opted into the Rockwear database at the time of the draw.

9. Winner Notification

· The winner will be contacted directly by Rockwear using the details provided at entry.

· If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize.

10. Prize Conditions

· The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

· The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact details.

11. General

· Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will be deemed invalid.

· The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Promotion.

12. Food & Beverage Disclaimer

· Complimentary juices are provided by a third-party supplier. While reasonable care is taken, the Promoter makes no guarantees regarding suitability for individuals with allergies or dietary requirements.

· Participants are responsible for advising staff of any allergies or dietary requirements.

· To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from consumption.
