What do we eat before and after we workout? Should we just eat afterwards? How long before our workouts should we be eating?

Always think of food as fuel. Food provides energy, and to put in as much effort as possible in the gym, we need energy. We then need to recover well in order for our body to restore and to feel great for the rest of the day. So, keep in mind my 3 main points for pre and post workout.
