NO GYM, NO WORRIES

Summer is upon us, which means more and more of us are scrambling for the gym. For one reason or another a gym is not always practical or accessible. Maybe you have young children or maybe you are traveling, either way I have some tips for you to get fit and stay fit without one!

This quick, easy workout is designed to be performed anywhere and all you need is your own body weight.

The idea is to keep the heart rate and intensity high, working for 30 seconds and resting for 30 seconds before performing the next exercise.

Try these bodyweight exercises to begin with, then, include more complex moves when you feel like your fitness levels have improved.

Squats

Push Ups

Lunges

Running Man

Repeat the sequence of 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest, 4–10 times, depending on your starting level.

For a more intense workout try working out for 40 seconds and resting for 20 seconds in between exercises.

What really matters is that you get moving, any way that you can!
